  • Online Purchases: Open your package immediately upon arrival to check for any issues. If there’s a problem, contact the retailer directly by email or phone. Provide the order number, item name, SKU, and photos of the product and label to help resolve your concern.

  • In-Store Purchases: For items bought at a physical store, please return to the store for assistance with any issues.

  • Refunds or Replacements: Bloomaker can only process refunds or replacements for items purchased directly from Bloomaker.com. For purchases from other retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.

Order Issues and Returns Policy

Upon receiving your package, open it immediately to verify the contents and confirm the correct item was delivered.

  • If There’s an Issue: Contact us within 2 days of delivery by replying directly to your order confirmation email. This ensures timely assistance.

  • Important Note: Reshipping Bloomaker products to another address will void our returns policy.

Return Policy

At Bloomaker.com, we understand that returns may be necessary. You have up to 30 days from receipt to initiate a return for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Returned items will undergo a visual inspection, and in some cases, we may request the item be returned to our warehouse at the customer's expense. However, most returns won’t require reshipment.

To initiate a return, reply to the order confirmation email with the following details:

  • SKU/item name

  • A photo of the item(s)

  • Reason for return

Ensure items are securely packaged in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 566 Kindig Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980, United States.


Important reminder: Amaryllis bulbs are live, perishable plants. When you choose to reship bulbs to a different address, please be aware that Bloomaker cannot accept responsibility for any damages that may occur during the reshipment process.
